How can I pay?

We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. 

How long does it take to repair my car?

Most repairs are done the same day, but some do take longer (because of part availability, long installation time, etc.).

What about the "Diagnostic Charges"?

In the case of air conditioning diagnostics, if, within 14 days of the diagnostics, you agree to the repairs we recommend (parts and labor) we will refund the $49.95 diagnostic fee toward the total cost of repair. 

In the case of "Computer Diagnostics" or "Logic Trace" time, these charges are not refunded against repairs.  These charges are for time spent to determine the problem and can sometimes amount to hours. 

How does the "Loaner Car Program" work?

For repairs over $1000, we will arrange for a rental car for (1) 24hr period at our expense.  We use independant rental car agencies, so you will rent the car but we will deduct the rental charges from your final invoice.  If you do not have full insurance on the car we are repairing, you will be responsible for those insurance charges, any taxes, fuel surcharges, etc.

What are the boundaries for "Free Local Transporation"?

There aren't really boundaries (we'd love to take you to Orlando, but...).  We require special notice if we will be taking you more than 10 miles.  We will not provide transportation if the repairs or maintenance will take under three hours. Traffic permitting, it may not be possible for us to pick you up until the following day.

Is my car safe overnight?

Sometime repairs take more than one day and you will have to leave your car overnight.  We try to put all cars inside every night, but sometimes that is not possible.  Every precaution will be taken to secure your car.

What's the warrantee?

With a few exceptions, most repairs are warranteed to be free from defects in materials and related labor for a period of the earlier of 12 months or 12,000 miles from the day the repairs are performed.

Maintenance services, once deter-mined to have been performed correctly,  have no warrantee except those provided by the manufacturer.

Warrantees do not include fluids, fuels, belts, and other consumables.

Wiring repairs are warranteed for 30 days from date of completion.

Parts sales warrantees are governed by the manufacturer(s) and may require proof of proper installation / service (drier / accumulator, flush, condenser, etc.)
